Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time

VPbridal ships all items through FedEx International Express to world wide. The shipping time of FedEx usually takes 3-5 business days.

To make sure that you can receive your items in time for your event, please using the following calculation to decide the estimated date you'll receive your order:

(Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Estimated Delivery Time



Processing Time:the period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse, during the period, we may contact with you to let you confirm the details of the order or prepare your custom order product. It usually takes about 8-10 working days.

you just could get the half refund if you want to cancel the order after you give us the permission to process your order.

Shipping Time:the period of time from when the item be shipped by FedEx to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 3 - 5 working days.

Estimated Delivery Time:The total period of time from when you place an order to when you get your dress. It takes about 13 working days.

Shipping Charges

The Shipping charges of FedEx depends on the weight of the package and the destination country you're from.
Regarding on the spcific style, you can check the shipping charge through the information page of the product. All charges are displayed on product page. There is not any more added on charges anywhere else.

VPbridal will notify our customer when order shipped

When your order is shipped, we will send a notification to your email address. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online - FedEx.

Important

You can't change your shipping address after you placed an order, or we probably will cancel the order and refund the money to you. So when you making it, please make sure you left the correct shipping address to us, thank you.

VPbridal is aim at make the customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to satisfy customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly, we have set up a few guideline.

Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

• All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by VPbridal within Three business days of receipt of order

• You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
• Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
• No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
• On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless VPbridal is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
